She began her collection of rugs by converting some of her paintings into handmade rugs. It immediately moved towards high-end manufacturing, which remains a principle that remains as important today...manufacturing my rugs in Nepal, by a small group of companies in the center of Kathmandu. Over time, it has specialized in traditional, high-end hand-knotted rugs: Hand-knotted rugs are the most noble. They are woven entirely by hand. They are very dense in wool (90,000 knots per m², with at least 3 strands of wool per knot), which makes them very resistant. This contemporary model is entitled "emotion". Signed in the frame.
