Dessert bowl signed P. d'avesn 7 pieces

Complete crystal dessert service of 7 pieces composed of a large bowl and 6 cups, “honeycomb” model, made in France by Pierre d'Avesn*, glass artist, in the 1930s. > fits perfectly in a mid century decoration, Scandinavian style, contemporary and of course 1930s. > the unique green tint of the molded pressed glass gives a lot of character to these pieces. Signature engraved under the cut. Very good condition, discreet marks of time. Indicative dimensions in cm: Large bowl: ø 23, h 7.5. Cups: ø 13 h 4. * pierre d'avesn (1901-1990), sculptor and designer graduated from the school of decorative arts in paris, was the student of François Decorchemont. It was worked for Lalique and Daum. His work is characteristic of the art deco movement.
