Pair of Terre de Fer compotiers XIXth Grand Dépôt E.Bourgeois Paris

Superb pair of nineteenth-century iron earth compots, stamped grand dépôt, émile bourgeois paris. Delightful decoration of flowers, butterflies, birds and dragonflies. Green / gray decoration on a slightly cream colored earthenware. In excellent condition, there are no accidents: no cracks, no lacks, no restoration, no chips or gins. The earthenware is beautiful, clean and shiny. One of the two compotiers has slight brown traces in the hollow of the dish without gravity (see photos). Small traces of use: some superficial traces of knives in the hollow of the 2 dishes. They are exactly the same size but have a slightly different décor. Two beautiful rooms with undeniable charm.
