Vintage teak secretary-dressing table dating from the 60s from denmark created by the great designer lb kofod larsen. This furniture has a lower part with 2 large drawers equipped with wooden hand handles. It rests on slightly sheathed and rounded feet. The upper part is equipped with a flap with recessed wooden hand grips. This plate is held by compasses on each side. The top lifts up and has an oblong mirror transforming this piece of furniture into a dressing table. The interior is white laminate. Kofod-larsen (1921-2003) graduated from the prestigious royal danish academy of arts. He has a strong passion for designing wooden furniture. In 1958, during her visit to denmark, queen elizabeth II fell under the spell of his creations and purchased several of his pieces of furniture. Between the 1950s and 1960s, the designer achieved real recognition in denmark. Its minimalist furniture with an organic design appeals to the danes.
