Description
Straight out of the Hôtel Royal on the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, this large Marcel Gascoin wardrobe for Arhec is exceptional. Immediately recognizable thanks to its long handles found on the AA cabinet by Marcel Gascoin, it is made of wood and dates from the 1950s. It offers an astonishing storage capacity. This large vintage storage linen cabinet is broken down as follows: - two large doors which close with magnets and lock. - On the left side: 4 shelves (not adjustable in height) and 4 drawers, the last of which is higher and has a wooden handle. - On the right side: 3 shelves (not adjustable in height), 1 space with wooden rods intended for storing shoes, a removable wooden laundry basket in the lower part. Completely cleaned, nourished and treated, this piece of furniture is perfectly healthy and immediately usable as is. In very good condition, the wood is not scratched and the entire interior is clean. Stable, robust and functional, it is of remarkable size and will be perfect for a large bedroom for example. A letterhead from the Royal Hotel in Nice with an inventory from April 16, 1956 was taped to the inside of a door. Please note that the furniture is completely removable. It can therefore be delivered assembled or disassembled according to your needs. Height: 218 cm Width: 140 cm Depth: 60 cm
