In addition to its eye-catching and comfortable design, this chair has the particularity of being made of solid ash purged of sapwood! Handcrafted, my manufacturing process begins with solid planks of wood that I cut lengthwise...each of the 34 pieces is planed, routed, sawed, drilled before beginning to be assembled. Steel rods are used to keep the chair stable. The unique design makes it a piece of furniture that can be integrated into different contexts.
