Mid-century space age ufo cocoon saucer hanging pendant lamp 1960s

Gorgeous cocoon hanging pendant also very reminiscent of george nelson's bubble saucer. Often attributed to achille castiglioni but probably by goldkant leuchten germany. The cocoon resin is in a lovely vintage condition with no flaws to mention and also very little aging discoloration. The lamp has a diameter of roughly 45 cm and is fitted for a general e27 lightbulb. We have two of these currently in stock, the other one is listed separately and we also have a very similar model with brass details.
