Vintage 1950s Green & Amber Ombre Murano Glass Clam Shell Bowl

An original murano glass bowl of elongated shell-like form, with a hotworked pulled rim and ombre-effect colouring that blends green into a muted amber. It was made on the island of murano, italy, probably in the 1950s or 1960s. The base is polished flat. No maker’s mark.
