Vintage French watercolour of a farm, signed, from 1955

Stunning watercolour that shows a beautiful farm typically french. It's quite normal this kind of buildings in the south of france. The watercolour is signed conardy (?), clearly a good artist, the line is precise and the choice of color, proportions and composition are simply perfect. It's dated 1955. I'm really sorry for the bad quality of the photos, but it's framed with glass and I couldn't avoid the reflects. I promise it looks much better "in person" It is in very good condition, just the passepartout is a littles bit damaged in the bottom. It measures 44.5 cm wide, 53 cm high and 2 cm deep.
