Vallauris Salad Bowl 19th Century

Vallauris cooking pottery from the 19th century. Cooking pottery allowed food to be cooked and was fire resistant. Salad bowl shape with interior enamel in yellow ochre "jasper" brown. The bottom is blackened by use. Very good condition for its age, some signs of wear and a few pieces of enamel that have jumped on the edges but no chips.
