Description
"La Chaise", designed by Charles & Ray Eeames in 1948, manufactured by Vitra, year of production 1998. Inspired by the sculpture "Floating Figure" by sculptor Gaston Lachaise, it was designed for a competition at the Museum of Modern Art in New York. It allows a wide variety of seating positions. Shell in white polyurethane, frame in chrome-plated steel tube, base in solid natural oak. The manufacturer's label on the bottom is partially torn. Presence of scratches due to its age and use
