Important ball-shaped vase on a heel, in white and gold enameled earthenware. Decorated with coils, knots in white earthenware alternating with gold rollers and grooves. Interior and heel in cracked earthenware. Rare creation of the sainte radegonde factory, circa 1940-1950. Gold mark on the reverse. H 25 cm d 23 cm weight 2.3 kg in very good general condition, no cracks or shocks. Minor wear of the gilding on certain rollers, grooves and hooping of the heel. See photos. The sainte radegonde factory began in 1887, under the direction of frédéric gustave asch. It had a strong activity during the art deco period. It collaborated with the primavera workshop of the le printemps store in the 1920s. Cessation of activity in the 1970s.
