Armchair by Erik Andersen and Palle Pedersen for Horsnaes Møbler

Danish design comes through in full force with this gorgeous lounge chair. Elegantly cut out of solid teak the organic yet calculated lines of the chair reveal the high design virtuosity of andersen and pedersen. A central triangular joinery section provides for the sturdiness of the chair and shapes the angle of the backrest. This chair sits ergonomically comfortable and has been fully reupholstered, foam and fabric. The fabric selected is ploeg accent 01/08 a 100% pure wool and really adds to the quality of this piece. Through the renewed upholstery this chair is after 60 years of life still in excellent vintage condition with only minor signs of use and age.
