Vintage black metal magazine holder, circa 50's

Vintage mid-century, space age, metal, scoubidou magazine rack/magazine rack, circa 1950s. The piece features a very cool architectural design with sleek sides that slope upwards in the opposite direction. One from the other, both with a handle enhanced with bright red scoubidou. The entire structure is made of flexible wire metal which rests on 4 legs which tilt outwards and end in round red leg tips, matching the color of the scoubidou of the handles (see photos.) the piece is in good general condition, original and vintage, with signs of age and previous use commensurate with time, on the overall structure, sides, handles, feet and toes (see photos). Please note: due to the age of this piece. Piece and because it is flexible, there is a minimal gap of approximately 3 mm, in the height of one of the feet, when it is empty. When used as intended, all 4 legs sit flush with the floor (see last 2 photos.) instead of being repainted, the piece has only been waxed with a metal wax, to both protect and preserve the integrity original patina.
