Farm table 2x1m

This large farm table dates from the end of the 19th century. It is made of fir. It has been carefully cleaned, stripped, sanded and treated against woodworms. The top is protected by a worktop oil (to be ironed regularly. The base is painted light gray (lamp room gray by farrow and ball) and slightly aged. One of the drawers had the bottom changed with plywood. Other was painted gray because it had traces of ink which did not completely remove when sanding. The two drawers have some traces of woodworm which do not harm their structure and work very well. This table can accommodate 10 to 12 guests. For large, convivial tables. The height under the headboard is 59 cm.
