Montholon covered sauce boat in Salins earthenware with ribbon and crown decoration

This magnificent old covered sauce boat is made of salins earthenware. It is the "montholon" model decorated with laurel garlands, crowns and green ribbon bows. This sauce boat is a beautiful size, it takes the codes of the oval soup tureen in a smaller size. The sauce boat is stamped "r&a salins - montholon". Louis XVI style, the set is in good condition and measures 21 cm X 14.5 cm in height. I note three chips on the lid.
