A graduate of ensad (école nationale supérieure des arts décoratifs), patricia legendre specialized in engraving and in 1976, she created the intaglio section at the plastic arts workshop in the city of étampes. From 1980, she exhibited her engravings and monotypes in paris and in the provinces. Since 1997 she has illustrated many children's books where her main themes are nature, animals, and tales whose dreamlike universe she restores. Currently, her artistic research is increasingly oriented towards a very literary imagination, born from the synthesis of the themes addressed in previous years.
