Superb pair of traditional baoulé masks, representing a couple ideally stylized according to the ancestral art of côte d'ivoire. These ndoma/mblo masks, made of wood with a brown patina and decorated with white, brown and black polychromy, embody the elegance and finesse of baoulé sculpture. These masks, used during entertainment ceremonies, appear at the end of the dance to honor respected figures of the community.
