Modern Scandinavian design, an vintage art glass bowl, bright blue.

A fantastic and rare glass bowl made by erik höglund, the master of architectural glass, a part of swedish modern abstract art glass from the 1960s. This bowl is so typical of his design, bold yet also simple with a beautiful and shape, with the most amazing vibrant blue color. Full of air bubbles a very special technique he often used. It is 16cm in diameter and 12cm high. (6.29" & 4.72") originally it was used as a flowerpot for indoor plants, thus there is some minor watermarks on the inside and minor abrasions underneath, yet overall is it in a very good condition and a lovely object.
