Pair of Jacob Kohn bistro chairs

Very beautiful pair of jacob & josef kohn chairs, viennese firm. These chairs are numbered 67 in the catalog of this austrian company founded in 1848. They are characterized by a solid structure in bent beech wood and a thermoformed seat and back in steam-pressed wood. This embossed wood forms relief patterns reminiscent of the henry II style, and in the case of these chairs represents a baccus character. The very good granite-look seat is belted and squared on the front and bolted on the rear. The backrests are openwork, curved and reversed towards the rear.
