Description
Polychrome arch from maharashtra in teak wood (19th century). The arch consists of 7 elements, which are assembled using screws. The arch can be used on both sides: one side predominantly red, with turquoise on the beam, two yellow and blue borders which enhance the festoons, and two sculpted pink flowers. On the other side, predominantly blue, the wood is more visible, with traces of light blue polychromy and a dark blue border. Two carved peacocks decorate each side of the arch. On the pillars, traces of green and orange polychromy are visible. The arch is sold with its heavy, custom-made iron bases. It can be integrated into your interior as a separation between two rooms, or why not used as a headboard.
