Beni ourain runner's 78x269cm

The large carpet on the ground white and archaic known as the Beni Ourain was created by the Moroccan mountain nomads. Thick, but the loose structure, carpets were not used as coatings of ground, but rather as beds and bedding. Effective protection against the winter cold in the snow-covered mountainous regions, the Beni Ourain classic has a network of black lines on a cream ground. The oldest Beni Ourain carpets have extremely rich designs.
