20s bistro parrot

Bentwood bistro parrot from the 1920s. "lyonnais" model (origin of manufacture not formally identified but it is often found in old bistros, bouchons, brasseries in lyon, probably from the south-west bentwood factory formerly located in valence...) - in three parts, the head being removable as well as the bobèche which covers it. Head with eight hooks, and therefore rotating. Finish of the hooks in turned wooden beads. Fluted mast, double crossed base fitted with sabots (like the thonet). Single circle walking stick/umbrella holder.|good condition of use and conservation for this original piece, in its original color, solid structure and healthy wood (not pitted).|height 2 m, width 55 X 55 cm approx.|delivery throughout france by cocolis or carrier.
