Pair of travertine rhinoceros bookends by Fratelli Mannelli, 1970s

Pair of "rhinoceros" bookends by fratelli mannelli. They are carved from a single block of travertine. Rare model and color. Vintage bookends from the 70s which present, for each piece, a shine at the level of the horn (see photos) but which do not impact the overall aesthetic of the pieces because these impacts are visible only on one side of each rhino . You can therefore turn the bookends so that only the intact side of each piece is visible. Each piece weighs 2,140 kg. Dimensions: height 10cm / length 18cm / thickness 7cm.
