Pair of red glazed artisanal ceramic poodles

Super pair of dark red glazed artisanal ceramic poodles, vintage or old 30s-60s vallauris/st clément style, unstamped. Decorative, bookends or paperweights. Similar but not identical. Sitting on a rectangular base. 15cm maximum height for one, 14.5cm height for the other. 6.5-7cm in width, approximately 12cm in length. Bases 10.5cm long, 7.7cm wide, 2cm high. Very good general condition, some very discreet mini-repairs, small chips under the bases, the highest has a chip under the base, quite discreet with repair. Some discreet surface scratches. Harmonious whole, pieces unique in their appearance, rare in their manufacture. 700-800gr each. Sold in pairs.
