White/black rotaflex luminaire

This light pendant offers a very pretty and soft light thanks to the superposition of the 2 lampshades. Its line evokes a hat from the 50s. Rotaflex is a plastic material composed of wound cellulose acetate threads, it is translucent, shiny and very light, it can be colored. This material was developed in the 50s by the a.rp, a workshop founded by pierre guariche, joseph-andré motte and michel mortier. The rosette has been repainted in black, it was very yellowed by time, and the black recalls the two borders of the lamp. Textile electric cable of more than 1 meter. For e27 bulb. Dimensions: ø 33.5 cm, height: 18 cm. Condition: very good vintage condition.
