Hebi snake lamp

Lamp "hebi" created by the japanese designer isao hosoe for the company valenti. It is an iconic piece of lighting in the 1970s that paved the way for similar experiments in light design. Hebi (which in japanese means "snake") is present in various collections including brooklyn museum in new york, 20th century gallery, victoria and albert museum, london, triennale di milano. This ingenious table lamp is composed of a flexible metal tube covered with pvc and an adjustable lampshade in enamelled aluminum.
