Superb example of the ripple bench by Laurinda Spear, a designer bench designed for Brayton International, a brand of the Steelcase company and produced in the 70s/80s. Aesthetic and functional piece: The contrasting fabric highlights the curves. Seat in two-tone felted wool, plywood, foam, with height-adjustable glides in chrome-plated stainless steel finish. These same sinuous lines draw an almost abstract sign in space. The fully padded seat ensures very good comfort.
