Midcentury A. Younger for Heal's Afromosia Table. Retro / Modern / Danish

Designed by john herbert and made in england by a. Younger, this table features a fantastic design and it's been built to the highest standards and all parts run smoothly. When closed it measures 129x80cm. Younger were renowned for there high quality workmanship and mainly retailed through heals. Featuring elegantly tapering, solid afromosia legs with a stunning teak & afromosia veneered top. The beautiful warm glow of the wood paired with the combination of angular and curved lines really make this a stunning set of dining furniture. The table can then be extended using two segments, that can be used separately. With one segment in place it measures 170x80cm and comfortably accommodates 6 people. When fully extended, it measures 210x80cm and accommodates up to 8 people. All my items are professionally restored, however, as with all vintage items some wear marks should be expected.
