This antique oval platter is made of sarreguemines earthenware. It is a flore model vegetable platter, decorated with delicate bouquets of flowers in shades of light blue. Made of sarreguemines earthenware, it is stamped on the back "flore - sarreguemines u&c". The illustrations are screen-printed in monochrome blue. In good overall condition, this platter measures 36.5 cm by 24.5 cm. I note some scratches from use.
