Eight earthenware plates from salins 50s
€96
Description
The plates are in very good condition, no accidents, no cracks or splinters. They have served a little bit, and when you tilt them in the light, you can see very slight stripes of use. The traces visible on the outer edge of the plates are not splinters. These are marks left during manufacturing, during the enamelling stage, the plates are then held by claws to be soaked. The decoration of the marli is an almond green grid, slightly in relief, simple and graphic. The bottom of the plates is off-white. The plates come from the earthenware factories of salins, of very beautiful workmanship, and are all marked on the reverse of the stamp of the earthenware factory. They date from the 50s.
