Vintage bedside table completely renovated

Nightstand or end table from the 60s, all in wood (oak structure + oak veneer), an open niche, a drawer. This piece of furniture has been sanded to reveal its pretty golden oak color, cleaned then protected with a colorless matt furniture oil (bio-sourced) (except back of the piece of furniture). The bottom of the drawer is covered with japanese shield paper with golden patterns (see photo). The metal button has been re-gilded. The legs and structure are solid, the drawer works well. At the end of this careful renovation, imperfections or traces of time remain, they are linked to the age of this wooden piece of furniture and are part of its history.
