Ottoman candle holder chiseled and silver wire

Ottoman candlestick in chiseled bronze and enhanced with silver wire, in very good general condition. From the 19th century but a copy of those made in the 16th century, the method having hardly changed... Tulip-shaped socket, decorated with arabesques and calligraphy. Height 20 cm. Base diameter 9.7 cm. Weight 657 grams.
