Dining table (140) in marble model T69 by Osvaldo Borsani for Tecno, 1963

Magnificent vintage round marble table, model T69 born from the collaboration between the Italian designers Osvaldo Borsani (1911-1985) and Eugenio Gerli (1923-2013) in 1963, and distributed by Tecno (Milano). Base composed of four curved legs in black varnished cast aluminum on the interior part and in satin stainless steel on the exterior part, on which rests a very large veined marble top (rare to find in this diameter of 140 cm, which can accommodate 8 people ) with airplane wing singing (knoll/saarinen type). A timeless classic in superb general condition considering its age, still showing very small chips on the edge of the board (detail photos to come shortly), and whose price takes into account (make a comparison... ).
