Art Deco Building Skyscraper Table Lamp

An exceptional "skyscraper" style table lamp this style, also called "building", is typical of the 1930s and the art deco period. It is inspired by the aesthetics of american skyscrapers, particularly those in new york, which were being built at that time. Today, this type of globe has become rare, but continues to symbolize the american dream of the 1930s and the spirit of this period that was so creative in terms of design. The incredible globe is of an imposing size, it plays on the contrasts between the frosted glass and the transparent edges. Its base is made of black marble and chrome-plated metal. In order to be able to enjoy it right away, a bulb is included with this lamp (e27 base bulb - 2.2w). The lamp is delivered with a black plastic cord with a length of 1m50, with a black plug and switch. It was created and assembled in full compliance with the ce regulations applicable to lighting fixtures, it complies with the standards in force. The globe has been meticulously cleaned and checked, it is in very good condition. It has a small chip at its neck, but this is hidden by the holding claw and it is completely invisible once mounted.
