Walnut and pine trade furniture counter

Old double-sided walnut trade furniture counter and pine drawers from the first half of the 20th century. We love its generous size, the unique wood type, its many drawers topped with shell handles, its niches on the sides, its authentic and unique appearance and its general patina. This counter can be used in a shop as well as in a kitchen with a central island thanks to its many storage spaces - 2 high drawers and 4 higher drawers at the bottom. Restored, this piece of furniture has been treated, sanded, lightly stained, then protected with a transparent matt varnish. This piece of furniture is very old, it has defects and roughness in the wood, traces of pitting on the pine fronts, wormholes, nuances and marks, inherent to its great age. The solid walnut top is made up of three boards with two sockets at its end, a hole formerly used as a coin slot.
