Set of 2 Delvaux enamelled bottles

Two enameled glass bottles decorated with Japanese apple blossoms. Handwritten signature in gold under the bottles "delvaux 18 rue royale paris" - 1920s/30s. Very good condition - complete with polychrome floral enamel disc stoppers. Large bottle (rare): h 19cm / l 13 cm. Small bottle: h 17 cm / l 10cm. Delvaux Paris located at 18 rue royale was a prestigious store selling porcelain and crystal. Founded in the 1880s, it distributed pieces of its brand between 1920 and 1930. Artists created models distributed by this decorator, for example the work of Ludwig Sutterlin (1865-1917) kept at Mad Paris.
