1950s “Acapulco” garden chair, made in Mexico

The “Acapulco” chair is an eye-catching and iconic piece of design! The designer is unknown, but this piece has been produced in Mexico. It has a tubular black lacquered metal base and green wire metal shell that allows great seating comfort and a unique style! it could be nicely combined with a cushion but is also beautiful as it is. The chair remains in good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina. Seating height 28cm.
