Sputnik chandelier with glass flowers, 1970s

This pendant light takes up the aesthetics of the iconic mid-century modern lamps, inspired by the shape of the soviet satellite sputnik 1, launched in 1957. It features a central sphere in chromed metal, surrounded by 70 stems decorated with glass flowers, thus offering a retro and dynamic design, faithful to the codes of the space age. Rust is present in some places inside the flowers, certainly caused by the steel bolt. It should be enough to clean them with a suitable product.
