Pedestal cabinet

Small wardrobe mounted, gilded and decorated with hand-painted floral motifs. Asia atmosphere which gives the object a very precious aspect. The entire storefront is gilded on a paper mounted in the first layer and the box is raspberry colored. The whole is varnished to protect the paper and gilding. Marouflage is an old technique still used among bookbinders and gives a "second skin" effect. Only direct and intense sunlight can degrade the color. Our furniture is in good condition, restored, painted and treated if necessary. These are all unique pieces.
