Circular mirror by Pierre Vandel France 70s 47x44cm

Circular mirror from the 70s by french designer pierre vandel. This mirror dates from the beginning of his career as a designer. A real enthusiast, he designated all kinds of products during his career from side tables to lighting. In 1969, he had his collections produced by the company marais international. A few years later he became friends with pierre cardin who helped him set up his own workshop: pierre vandel-paris. His creations will meet a worldwide success including his chair "vertebra" which has seduced the public with its original design. Its structure is composed of three parts, the base is in two parts connected by screws and the mirror if fixed by a rotating axis allowing it to orient vertically. The position is maintained by a holding screw. The set is made of brushed aluminum. In very good condition.
