Description
Beautiful set of 4 sculptural dining room chairs (Model 54) designed by Henning Kjærnulf for Nyrup Møbelfabrik, Denmark in the 1960s. Solid oak frames with bouclé upholstered seats. The solid oak frames are sturdy, cleaned, refinished and in very good condition with a beautiful and warm wood grain and color. The seats are reupholstered in a durable Off White Bouclé fabric and new foam. The inside of the backrests have a striking and unique silhouette in the shape of a razorblade. The overall impression of this set of four chairs is really good and will fit well with many types of interior styles with a mix of Art Deco, Scandinavian Modern, Brutalism and Modernism.
