Stunning scandinavian mid-century sommerso glass vase from the "dusk" series by nils landberg for orrefors (sweden, 1960s). Smoke and transparent glass using the sommerso technique (originally developed in murano, italy). The result is a glass with contrasting colours that is cased by a clear layer. Beautiful minimalist scandinavian design. The vase is signed and numbered (etched): 'orrefors nu 3538/3'. Height: 30 cm; width (largest point): 7 cm; depth (largest point): 6 cm. Very good vintage condition.
