Industrial office chair with armrests by toon de wit for de wit, 1950s | gr

Fully adjustable and swiveling de wit office chair with bakelite armrests designed by toon de wit for de wit n.v. In c.1950. De wit chairs are very comfortable due to the adjustable backrest. A knob under the seat adjusts the backrest to six different heights. With the turning knob at the back of the back, the back can be tilted. The seat can also rotate and its height can be adjusted from 46 – 53 cm. A nice detail are the swinging armrests that are flat at the front and rise at the back. This five-toed work chair has been reupholstered in white and green skai. This makes the condition of the vintage office chair very good again. The chrome has normal signs of use (see photos).
