It is also covered with numerous irregularities which date from the manufacturing, artisanal, very raw, which gives it a crazy charm. This type of regional pottery was traditionally used for food use, serving to preserve oils and other foodstuffs. It was turned by a potter, and the clay was left very raw, with a matt appearance. The material is truly magnificent, and the patina of time, prodigious.
