Pair of brass and plexiglass candlesticks by Estrid Ericson around 1960

Estrid ericson pair of gilded and silver brass candlesticks. Molded circular base with silver varnish and topped with a cylindrical plexiglass barrel decorated with two brass rings at each end. The two candlesticks end with a cup and a silver varnish binet. Swedish work of the 1960s by estrid ericson. Dimensions: h 29 cm and 23 cm X base diameter: 10 cm. Estrid ericson (1894-1987), swedish designer, founded his design company svenskt tenn in the 1920s and quickly met with great success. By associating in 1934 with the austrian architect joseph frank, they made functionalism, sober and strict, something more elegant and pleasant.
