1950s Shelving system, Nils Strinning

Original string shelf designed in 1949 by nils strinning in ash veneer. The system consists of four metal ladders in white with two shelves and a hinged desk with foldable stand. This original string shelf is much better processed and of a better quality than many wall shelves that hit the market in the 50s and 60s. Quality features: High quality veneer. 2 cm thick shelves made of blockboard, which prevent sagging. Stable shelf holders that compensate for slight unevenness. More stable ladders. Made in sweden.
