Old plates flat blue décor

Date from the early twentieth century. Decorated with a blue frieze on the perimeter. Diameter: 23.2 cm, height: 2 cm. One of them has a manufacturing defect in the center( a lack of enamel) indicated by a red arrow. A few rare scratches in the background.
