Scandinavian sofa designer Ingmar Relling for Ekornes, 1960s

This Scandinavian sofa was designed by the designer Ingmar Relling, and published in Norway by Ekornes Svane in the 1960s. It has been completely reupholstered with a French publisher fabric, treated with fire retardant, aqua clean (anti-stain) and oekotex and Bultex foam. It has a medium to firm density, ensuring good support. It favors support and elegance. Three people of average height can sit comfortably on it. Its teak structure has been cleaned and waxed. The seat lifts up on a small hammock-style storage. You can move one of the sofa cushions on the shelf to extend it and make it an extra bed or a daybed. We chose yellow for its sunny side which will match many interiors. The touch of the fabric is soft. It is in very good condition. H76 X W192 X D72.
