Scandinavian sofa designer Ingmar Relling for Ekornes, 1960s

This Scandinavian sofa was designed by designer Ingmar Relling, and produced in Norway by Ekornes Svane in the 1960s. It has been completely reupholstered with a French manufacturer's fabric, fire-resistant, aqua clean (anti-stain) and oekotex and bultex foam. Its teak structure has been cleaned and waxed. The seat lifts onto a small hammock-style storage area. You can move one of the sofa cushions onto the shelf to extend it and make an extra bed or daybed. We chose yellow for its sunny side which will match many interiors. The feel of the fabric is soft. It is in very good condition. H76 x l192 x p72.
