Pair of solid oak tripod shepherd's stools, 1950/60

These 2 shepherd stools full of character and charm are made to get along because they complement each other wonderfully. In hand-carved oak, with a circular seat with concentric circles carved in the style of charles dudouyt, late art deco, around the middle of the century, they embody the authenticity of woodworking with the imprint of traditional know-how from the 50s/60s without hardware. It is authentic, natural and very decorative. To keep in their initial function as a stool or to divert into a plant holder, a bedside table, an end of a sofa, in short, there is no shortage of ideas! We love their small dimensions, so cute🤗😉🌸 they will also be perfect in a child's bedroom or a living room next to a coffee table for drawing. 🌸the smallest: height 25 cm, seat width 24 cm, seat thickness 3 cm in its original condition, some scratches and wear corresponding to age (see arrow on photo). 🌸the largest: height 31 cm, seat width 28 cm and seat thickness 3 cm in its original condition, some scratches and wear corresponding to age (see arrow on photo). Good vintage condition, nice patina of time, rustic chic appearance to leave as is or sand for a raw look.
